Q1) How long does the whole process take, from offer to completion?
Answer: Completion usually takes place within 3 ÔÇô 21 days from exchange of contracts; this depends on whether you have a mortgage on the property, which may make it a tad longer. We will work with you and arrange a settlement date to suit your requirements. If you require longer than 21 days, this is not problem, we can co-ordinate this with you.
Q2) How long is the offer valid for?
Answer: Our offer is valid for XX days. After this date we will have to carry out another review of the local property market and confirm if our offer remains unchanged (normally the offer will remain unchanged unless there has been some major development/news in your local area.
Q3) Are there costs involved in selling my home quickly?
Answer: No costs payable by you ÔÇô Australian Homebuyers will pay all your legal/conveyancing fees (after using our recommended lawyer/conveyancer) and we will of course cover the cost of the property valuation report.
Q4) If I’m behind on my mortgage payments, can you
still help me?
Answer: Yes, we will help you stop and reverse any mortgage repossession proceedings and negotiate with your mortgagee for you.
